For people with disabilities, we offer spacious disabled parking spaces directly in the centre. This allows you to access all shopping facilites conveniently and barrier-free. Your comfort is important to us.

Our centre is fully whellchair accessible, with wide aisles and easily accessible facilites. If you require any special assistance, our Guest Service Team is here to help.

A shopping trip with our Kiddie Cabs is a real adventure for the little ones. For more information please visit our Guest Service Team during your next visit.

Most of our Restrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities. 

Our two large, covered playgrounds offer children plenty of fun and safety in all weathers. Here, the little ones can play, romp around and experience new adventures without a care in the world.

Your four-legged friends are welcome at Designer Outlet Parndorf. Dogs must be on a leash, and some stores or restaurants may have a no entry policy. Thirsty pups can drink at the different dog fountains in our centre.

Not a fan of carrying bags? Store your shopping bags and suitcases in lockers. Our lockers are next to Samsonite and next to Breitling.

Rainy Day and you don´t have an umbrella with you? At our Guest Service desk you can buy an umbrella for just € 3.

Guest visiting from ouside the EU can receive a tax refund on their purchases.

We offer 3 ATMs in our centre for your convenient cash withdrawal.

Your flight will take some time? Spend your time and pamper yourself a bit through out Centre. We also keep large pieces of luggage at our Guest Service for you. This service if for free.

You need power on the go? Simply borrow a power bank from our Guest Service Desk! A deposit of € 20 in cash is required to borrow a power bank, which you will of course get back when you return it.
