Electronic car charging stations:

Charge your electric vehicle conveniently while shopping and enjoy a relaxed onward journey afterwards.

Our spacious P1 car park offers 10 EV charging stations located on both the 1st upper level and the 1st basement level – each situated close to the main entrance.

In addition, our P2 parking area, located directly in front of McDonald's, features 8 modern fast-charging stations, allowing you to charge your vehicle quickly and conveniently during your visit to the Designer Outlet Salzburg.

You can collect the European disabled access key (EU key) at the Guest Service (between Haribo and Samsonite) by leaving a deposit. 

Disabled parking is available on all parking levels, located directly in front of the center entrances.

The Centre is overall wheelchair-friendly. Our premises are equipped with accessible toilets and dedicated facilities for wheelchair users. Dedicated wheelchair parking spaces are conveniently located close to the centre entrances.

You can also borrow a wheelchair free of charge at the Guest Service.

Play Area for Children and Teenagers

On the lower shopping level, near Ravensburger, children and teenagers can enjoy an exciting play area for climbing, exploring, and having fun. Please note that the play area is not supervised. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children.

For a relaxing break, parents can enjoy a cup of coffee at Salzburger Brezen Reisinger, located just across from Dinoland – with a view of the play area.

We have cool 'Kids Cars' available to rent for € 3 per day. Please visit our Guest Service Team to rent the Kids Cabs.

On the lower shopping level near Dinoland, you’ll find our dedicated nursing room, where you can change and breastfeed your baby in comfort.

Baby changing rooms are available near the restrooms.

Your four-legged friends are also welcome at Designer Outlet Salzburg. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please note that there are stores and restaurants within the center that might apply a no-entry policy.

If your dog is thirsty please find special dog fountains in the centre.

We offer buggies for dogs. You can ask for these at our Guest Serice Team. The costs are € 3 per day.

Guests visiting from outside the EU can receive a tax refund on their purchases.

Rainy Day and you don't have an umbrella with you? At our Guest Service desk you can buy an umbrella for just € 3. 

ATMs in the Center
We offer two ATMs in the center for your convenient cash withdrawal:

• One on the upper floor next to Marc Cain

• One in the basement opposite Tom Tailor

So that you do not have to carry your purchase with you all the time or keep your valuables safe in a locker located to the access to the underground parking garage next to Bründl Sports or at Lobby 1.

Available with € 1 or € 2 coins.

Your flight will take some time? Spend your time and pamper yourself a bit through the Outlet Center. We also keep large pieces of luggage at the guest service for you. This service is for free.
