There are 1,500 parking spaces around the Centre. Disabled parking spaces are available in the car parks Nord 1, Ost and West.

Our charging points units are now available and can be found located on parking lot east. Parking is free. For our sporty guests, there are e-bike changing stations in the east parking lot. 

Renting a bike is quick and easy with the public bike rental system in Ochtrup! Register online at www.donkey.bike or download the donkey.bike-app directly to your smartphone. Directly to and from from the rental bases at Ochtrup train station and the Designer Outlet Center eastern entrance.

We offer special advantages for groups of 15 or more arriving by coach. Each group member will receive a Fashion Passport (offering 10% additional discount off the outlet price on select items, in selected stores). For the tour guide and bus driver, we offer a lunch voucher, and the coach parking is for free.

The Centre is equipped with accessable toilets and dedicated facilities for wheelchair users. You can borrow a wheelchair from Guest Service for free (a deposit is required).

Shopping can be tiring, therefore we offer benches and seating areas throughout the centre where you can relax and recharge. Some spots are even covered and heated.

The centre is wheelchair-friendly and mostly on one level. Ramps and elevators provide access to higher areas, with step-free entrances, wide aisles, and plenty of space throughout.

Wheelchairs are available to hire for free during your visit to the centre. A deposit is required.

A shopping trip with our Kids Cabs is a real adventure for the little ones. The small cars can be hired from Guest Services for only €3/day (with a deposit). Children aged 12 months and up and at least 80 cm tall can use our cabs.

Our ever popular Kletterburg is open for our younger shoppers to play and have fun. The indoor children's play area is perfect for climbing, balancing, swinging and sliding. In our large play paradise, children between the ages of 4 and 10 can let off steam under the supervision of trained staff, while you shop and stroll through the center in peace.

Most of our Restrooms are equipped with baby changing facilities. And at our Guest Service you will find a breastfeeding room where mothers can take care of our youngest guests comfortably and in complete peace. The toilet facilities near Sigikid also have another breastfeeding option.

Your four-legged friends are also welcome in the Designer Outlet Ochtrup. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please note that there are stores and restaurants within the center that might apply a no-entry policy.
We reccomend our dog buggies for smaller dogs. These can be borrowed for free from Guest Service in exchange for a deposit.

Store your valuables safely in a locker. These are available at Guest Service free of charge.

Umbrellas are available free of charge for the duration of your visit. Available at the East entrance or from Guest Service.
